Maison D’Elise Flower Boutique (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides luxury floral products and services through our website and physical boutique. These Terms apply to all purchases, deliveries, and use of our website or services.
- Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards
- Custom or special orders may require additional lead time or consultation.
Delivery & Pickup
- We offer local delivery, subject to availability and a delivery fee.
- Delivery times are approximate; while we strive to be punctual, unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, weather) may occur.
- Accurate recipient and delivery details are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
In store pick up is available during boutique hours
- Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, no refunds are issued once an arrangement has been created or dispatched.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to address any concerns with professionalism and care.
Substitutions
- We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of flowers, containers, or wrapping when specific items are unavailable – always maintaining the overall style and value of your
arrangement. - Substitutions are made with equal or greater value, using our signature design standards.
